Visit Edinburgh and Stirling Castles

View the Slideshow at the Bottom of this Page

Driving in Edinburgh is too much of a hassle and car parking is hard to find, so it's easier to get the bus or train. There is a regular train service from both Kirkcaldy, which takes you along the scenic coastal route, and from Dunfermline, the lines meeting to cross the famous Forth Rail Bridge right into the centre of Edinburgh.

You'll need more than one trip to visit the castle, museums and art galleries, Jenners and other major department stores and to explore the city.

The historic town of Stirling with its magnificent intact castle, perched high on its rock is only 30 to 40 minutes drive.

Near Stirling, at Blair Drummond, is a drive-through wild life park complete with lions and tigers, giraffes, elephants, chimps and other
animals.
